The palace is open every day of the week except Monday. The ticket offices are open between 09:00 – 17:00.
No, photography and video recording inside the palace is strictly prohibited in order to protect historic artefacts. Photography is permitted in outdoor areas and the gardens.
Visiting the main building, pavilions, and gardens takes approximately 1.5 – 2 hours in total.
Tickets & Entry
Yes, the Müzekart is valid for Turkish Republic citizens. Holders can visit the palace for free twice a year. Different rules may apply for travel agencies and guides.
Yes, discounted ticket prices are available for Turkish students presenting a valid student ID.

Accessibility & Facilities
Yes, wheelchair and pram access (in limited areas) is available to the main sections of the palace, with elevator and lift systems in use. However, access to some smaller pavilion interiors may be limited due to the historic structure.
The palace has a small visitor car park, but capacity is limited. Nearby paid İSPARK facilities or public transportation are recommended.
The audio guide service is included in the ticket price. You can listen for free via the app downloaded to your smartphone or via devices provided at the entrance. Bringing your own earphones is recommended.
